Vera Hale has been working in the retail industry for over 20 years. She has been with Whole Foods Market for 14 years, starting as a Customer Service Team Leader with Fresh & Wild in 2002. She has held a number of store leadership and regional positions through the years including Executive Assistant to the UK President and UK Team Member Experience & Events Coordinator. Vera is currently the Customer Experience Coordinator and she is committed to creating meaningful customer connections and building the Whole Foods Market brand in the UK. Vera lives in London with her partner of 20 years. She is huge fan of travel, food, the arts and upcycling! Vera serves on the Whole Planet Foundation UK Board.
