Free Stuff Friday: Attune Foods

Happy November! Since I know everyone has been counting, yes, there are 20 lefts until Thanksgiving. Yummm. Anyone else as excited as I am? This week we’ve got some cereals to giveaway from our friends at Attune Foods. Six readers will win a package of seven Erewhon organic gluten free cereals, certified gluten free by GIG.

Erewhon started in the late 1960s by macrobiotic educators looking to get closer to nature and believing that “if what you eat is good, pure and true to its source, all else will follow.” Today this includes nine organic cereals, seven of which are gluten free. The gluten free cereals are made in a dedicated peanut free, tree nut free, egg free and dairy free facility making them a safe and popular choice for people with food allergies. Made with foundation ingredients of organic brown rice or organic corn, the ingredients are straightforward and the cereals are tasty. Erewhon is the official gluten free cereal for Revolution Foods and a family favorite.

Attune Foods believes what matters most is what’s inside. This includes what’s inside the foods and what’s inside you. They understand that overall health starts with digestive health and make foods to help you feel good from the inside out. Simple ingredients, simply made- their Erewhon cereals are verified by the Non-GMO Project and USDA organic. Made in the United States with ingredients from the United States, Erewhon organic cereals go beyond the cereal bowl into the kitchen, as an alternative breading for coating protein, baking into bars or cookies and as a topper for parfaits. They’re hosting a recipe contest this month and next for original and creative ways to use cereal in cooking.

During the month of October, a percentage of Erewhon sales in Whole Foods Market went towards benefitting the Whole Planet Foundation, raising nearly $1600. That money will provide about 7 loans and help 42 people with a chance to lift themselves out of poverty.

Give Attune Foods a ‘like’ on Facebook and leave a comment in the space below to be entered for a chance to win. Remember 6 people will be selected for this giveaway, and winners will be randomly selected on Monday November 7th.

Have a great weekend all!
